Wtg Richard. I wish you all the best in your pursuit to go commercial. It’s a great idea.

As a new distiller, i love your site…the pictures are very enlightening!

I am currently on a quest to make an efficient wash for flavorless spirits and was wondering if you could send over your recipe/ratios of nutrients/sugar/and such.

On a similar quest here in the states, and the laws here are slowly loosening up, so I will be watching your progress.

Hey mate, I’m pretty casual now with making my sugar washes. Currently, in a 250L drum, I’m mixing 2 sacks of dextrose with 50L of boiling water (boiled with a kilo of wheatgerm in my brewing kegs for an hour) to dissolve, along with a handful of Diammonium phosphate (DAP), a tablespoon of epsom salts, a tablespoon of gypsum, and a couple of crumbled b-vitamins.

When I was learning I tended to use the wash called “Deathwish Wheatgerm” (DWWG) that you can find on the homedistiller.org forums. Good luck!

I have a couple of questions about joining 4″ tri clamp ferrules to 4″ pipe

970-712-7826 a ring when you get free. Just on getting the ferrules outside of the pipe or the pipe inside of the ferrule. Im looking at either getting someone to do some welding for me or brazing myself. Most of all I enjoy building, figuring out, and talking to people about new ideas.

Hey, not really keen to call the other side of the world 🙂 I think maybe you should try someone local to you. Brazing is pretty simple and there are lots of instructions around the net, and specific help on homedistilling forums.
